What I’m looking forward to watching this Autumn
I don’t know about you but there’s nothing I love more than cosying up on an Autumn night with the candles lit, wrapped in a comfy blanket, and with a good TV series to watch! Luckily we’re now spoiled for choice thanks to streaming sites (I’ve tried a good few of them but always come back to Netflix) and Autumn is certainly no exception as there are so many exciting shows coming up. Here are a few of the TV shows I’m looking forward to watching this Autumn…
The Apprentice Series 13 – Wednesday 4th October at 9pm (BBC One)
I’ve been an avid fan of The Apprentice since it started back in 2005 and now can’t be more excited for the new series to kick off tonight! The show’s business tasks bring together the perfect mix of entrepreneurial inspiration and cringey moments and it’s a format I’ll never tire of watching, especially when the show seems to get more fun to watch every year. The shopping list task is always my favourite to watch so I’m hoping for another one this year.
Once Upon a Time Season 7 – Saturday 7th October (Netflix)
If you’re a fairy tale fan and haven’t seen Once Upon a Time then you really need to get on Netflix and stick on a few episodes! I’ve loved following the story of Emma Swan over the last few years, and although I’m a bit apprehensive about the upcoming reboot due to the cast changes, I’m sure they’ll make a success of it like they always do on Once Upon a Time. I’m just happy to have Hook on my screen for another season.
Riverdale Season 2 – Thursday 12th October (Netflix)
I was very late to the party and didn’t watch Riverdale until this summer, and of course this involved a weekend of binge watching and desperately wanting more as the season was only 13 episodes long. Luckily we don’t have to wait long for season 2 to start and it looks set to be a good ‘un with 22 episodes that will hopefully answer a lot of the questions we had after the finale. If you’re a fan of American drama murder mysteries then you’ll love Riverdale!
Stranger Things Season 2 – Friday 27th October (Netflix)
One of the biggest Netflix originals to take the world by storm last year was Stranger Things thanks to its great story, amazing cast and the fab 80’s vibes scattered throughout, so it’s no surprise that we’re all itching to watch season 2 when it comes out at the end of this month. The fact that the promos are also focusing on Halloween is getting me even more excited as I love this time of year.
I’d love to know – what are you looking forward to watching this Autumn?
