The cold weather has really been taking its toll on my hair lately, with the ends looking and feeling so dry and lifeless. In order to combat this I’ve changed up a few of the products in my haircare routine, as well as reducing the amount of heat I use on my hair (hello 5 hours of natural hair-drying time). The following products have really been haircare heroes for me over the last few weeks as I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the condition of my hair, and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody who needs to give their hair a little bit of TLC!
Tangle Teezer – I’m not lying when I say that I just couldn’t be without a Tangle Teezer now. My hair is naturally very knotty and because of this I used to dread combing through it, but the Tangle Teezer makes short work of any tangles or matted pieces of hair without any tears. Phew! I love this brush so much that I bought a replacement and now keep one in the shower too.
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Shine Deep Treatment – Speaking of haircare in the shower, this Aussie deep treatment has been a godsend for bringing life back into my dull hair. All you need to do is leave this treatment on the ends of your hair for 3 minutes and voila, you have brighter and smoother hair. I also adore the sweet scent of this treatment (and the rest of the Aussie range for that matter).
Phil Smith Total Treat Transforming Argan Oil* – Last but not least is this argan oil treatment that has become a staple in my haircare routine. I apply a pump of this oil to the ends of my hair when it’s damp and I’m left with super soft and smooth hair once it has dried. I find this product great for taming any frizzy ends and flyaways – especially great for this time of year when icy winds are always in the weather forecast.
I’d love to know – what are your haircare heroes right now?
