With there being just over a week to go until Valentine’s Day, I wanted to put together a gift guide for anyone who may still be in need of some inspiration. If you’re like me and struggle to know what you want for birthdays and special occasions then hopefully this post can help, and it’s also there for anyone out there that wants to treat themselves to something special this Valentine’s Day! This month I’m grateful to have been introduced to Amara, the online destination for luxury gifts and stunning homeware, and couldn’t be more excited to pull together a gift guide with a few of my favourites from Amara’s selection of Valentine’s gift ideas.
My first pick is this simple but beautiful Carise Cupid’s Arrow Cuff in Rose Gold* from Ted Baker. Rose gold looks set to stay when it comes to just about everything – jewellery, homeware and fashion to name a few – and this cuff was a no brainer, especially thanks to its pretty Cupid’s bow and heart details. This dainty cuff turned out to be the perfect size for my small wrists (I normally struggle to find bangles and bracelets to fit them) and will look perfect paired with some of my other rose gold pieces of jewellery.
I’m sorry, but how could anyone resist this pretty Daisy Place Ring Dish* from Kate Spade?! I’m always on the lookout for new pieces to spruce my house up and make it feel more homely, and this ring dish was the perfect addition to my bedside table to keep my favourite jewellery safe. This porcelain dish is so well made and instantly makes my bedside table look more elegant thanks to the flashes of gold and the lovely heart and ring illustration.
Last but not least is one of the loves in my life.. stationery. I’ve become a bit of a hoarder when it comes to pretty notebooks and this Put In a Good Word Notebook* from Kate Spade has quickly become one of my favourites. The punchy coral colour and touches of gold really make this notebook stand out, and what’s even better is that it’s the perfect size for popping in your handbag. As much as I like to keep myself organised digitally, there’s nothing more satisfying than jotting things down on paper.
I hope you all have a lovely Valentine’s Day when the time comes, and if you’re still looking for some Valentine’s gift inspiration then make sure to check out the Amara website where you’ll find lots of lovely brands and great gift ideas no matter what the occasion is! I’d love to know – what do you have planned this Valentine’s Day?
